2 oct. 2020 · I've built the Chromium browser on my Windows from its source code by following this documentation. After doing this successfully, I've a chrome.exe file which is able to launch the browser (see screenshot). The next thing I want to implement is to change the logo and name of Chromium (say, MyBrowser) everywhere on the browser.

11 mai 2021 · In the new Chromium-powered Microsoft Edge, you can change the home page and the startup page. However, the Microsoft Edge home page is only opened when you click or tap the Home button, which you first need to enable on your toolbar.
Open Google Chrome, then select the three, vertical dots next to the profile icon. Select Settings , then under Appearance , turn the toggle for Show home button to on. Choose the option you'd like to use: New Tab page or Enter custom web address .
18 feb. 2021 · Using builtin feature "Install this site as an App". Have been using this feature in Chrome and Chromium edge for a while. For sites that do not have a Favicon.ico, a black icon is substituted for the app. Image is no longer available.
