5 dec. 2016 · Image Capture is an API to capture still images and configure camera hardware settings. This API is available in Chrome 59 on Android and desktop. We've also published an ImageCapture polyfill library. The API enables control over camera features such as zoom, brightness, contrast, ISO and white balance.
It encapsulates in a single file a page and all its resources (CSS files, images..). Note that for security reasons a MHTML file can only be loaded from the file system and that it can only be loaded in the main frame.
