30 iul. 2012 · You may need to use older apps that won't work with High Sierra or newer macOS versions. Safari is no longer supported in 10.15 or older. You can't get the latest version of Firefox (110.0) either.
If your Mac isn't ancient (see Rasonable-Tip-8390 and SchnauzerCity's comments) you could probably just download the latest installer from https://www.google.com/chrome/downloads/ and update with a reinstall.

1 mar. 2017 · Spiff answered first, and is correct: it's Cmd-R on the Mac. However, I'm used to F5 in Windows (used in MANY apps, not just browsers), so consider using the Mac's Keyboard preference pane to map F5 to the Reload Page function. Or use one of the many other shortcut-key tools.
18 aug. 2022 · Can't Update Chrome? Sometimes, the update utility doesn't work, and you can't get new updates from Google. The best thing to do in this situation is to delete the browser and install a fresh copy from Google's website.
