I Forgot the PIN. Once a PIN is added to an account, it will be needed to make changes to the account settings. At this time, users and their parents/guardians will not be able to manually reset the PIN if it is forgotten. Customer Support will need to assist with resetting forgotten PINs.

Even if your account is compromised and the email is changed, we can still see the original owner or billing email on the account. If your account did not have an email address or a credit card/PayPal purchase, we can still work with you to try to verify ownership and return the account.
14 feb. 2019 · Emails have been coming from “roblox-like” email addresses such as www.roblov.com. You will get an email alerting you the email associated with your account has been changed.
