Go to the Security Tab. Turn on the toggle for your desired 2-Step Verification method and follow the instructions on-screen. Instruction will vary depending on your choice of 2-Step Verification. IMPORTANT: You must have a verified email address on your account to enable 2-Step Verification.
Use the Resend Code or Start Over feature on the 2-Step Verification login screen. You can also try using another 2-step verification method you set up if you continue to have issues. If you're still not receiving the 2-Step code after following those steps, please contact Customer Support .
Make sure that you have enabled 2-Step Verification (2SV) as an added security measure to keep others out of your account. See our Add 2-Step Verification to Your Account for information on how to enable it.

10 nov. 2021 · If you don’t have your Authenticator app with you or want to login via a different verification method, click on “Use another verification method”. You will be able to use recovery codes or email 2SV if you have it enabled. See our help center article about adding 2-Step Verification to your account for more information.
Enable the 2-Step Verification feature to improve your account security. When you log in, you’ll be asked to enter a unique code from your chosen 2-Step Verification method. This helps protect your account by adding an extra layer of verification.
