Go to the Security Tab. Turn on the toggle for your desired 2-Step Verification method and follow the instructions on-screen. Instruction will vary depending on your choice of 2-Step Verification. IMPORTANT: You must have a verified email address on your account to enable 2-Step Verification.
Use the Resend Code or Start Over feature on the 2-Step Verification login screen. You can also try using another 2-step verification method you set up if you continue to have issues. If you're still not receiving the 2-Step code after following those steps, please contact Customer Support .
Submit a support request to the Roblox Customer Service team for help with billing or account issues.

4 oct. 2022 · We are pleased to announce that 2FA via Security Keys is now available as a 2-Step Verification method on Web browsers. Security keys are some of the most secure second-factor methods. To start using Security Keys, you’ll need to enable Authenticator 2FA.
