Set up 2-Step Verification by Security Keys. To enable 2-Step Verification by Security Keys, you must also have 2-Step Verification by Authenticator App enabled on your account. This is because security keys are only supported on web browsers.
Email 2-Step Verification codes expire after 15 minutes and will no longer work if the code was already entered incorrectly for that account. Use the Resend Code or Start Over feature on the 2-Step Verification login screen to request a new code.

Log into your account with your email/phone number/username and password. Click the Verify button to open your web browser’s Security Key interface. Choose the method that you used to set up your Security Key.
Make sure that you have enabled 2-Step Verification (2SV) as an added security measure to keep others out of your account. See our Add 2-Step Verification to Your Account for information on how to enable it.
If you have 2-Step Verification enabled on your account, and choose to log in with a passkey, you will not be asked to pass a 2-Step Verification challenge. This is because having a successful login from a passkey verifies that you are in possession of your physical device.

I've already tried emailing Roblox support, but I'm feeling hopeless about getting my account back. Any advice or steps I should take next?
