To change your default search engine in Chrome: Open Google Chrome and select the three vertical dots next to your profile icon and select Settings. Select Search engine from the menu along the left side. Choose a different option in the dropdown next to Search engine used in the address bar.
Go to the address bar, right click, select manage search engines, go to the settings and be sure that google is listed as the default search engine.

For the past few days my google has been redirecting to bing. I thought it would be something easy to fix, but it’s so annoying. I’ve tried many of the solutions on the internet. Like scanning my computer a million times, resetting my defaults, and even deleting and reinstalling chrome. I’ve also tried using other internet browsers.
