There are two options to chat with a support representative depending on whether you have an existing ProctorU Platform account or not. For people who have a ProctorU account: Log into your account. Look for the blue chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Follow the prompts to get help. Don't have a ProctorU account yet? No Problem!

9 ian. 2024 · Proctorio's Live Chat can be accessed by clicking on the extension icon and starting a chat once you are in the exam. Be sure to tell the agent you are with a 2U powered program to be escalated properly. You can also access Proctorio's chat by going to https://chat.proctorio.com.
