17 oct. 2020 · I'll be happy to assist you today. I understand you have a problem with Movies & TV app full screen mode. Kindly try this if it helps. Open Movies & TV app. Click 3 dots on the upper right corner > Settings. Under Playback, turn off "Always start videos in full screen".
18 feb. 2017 · You can launch the app by mswindowsvideo: protocol but I don't think there is a way to specify the video file to open. The "Movies and TV" should take a file path as a parameter or the jump list and open-with would not work when it is not the default app. I am trying to figure this out too.
