23 aug. 2022 · You can set up a new quiz or edit an existing quiz to grade itself, and you can use a blank quiz or one of the Microsoft Forms templates. Visit Microsoft Forms and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Add questions to build a survey, quiz, or poll in minutes. In the My forms tab, select New Form or New Quiz. Name your form and give it a description. Select Add Question and choose the type of question you want to add. Select Preview to see how your form will look on a computer or mobile device.
