10 sept. 2023 · I just bought an Acer Aspire 5 that came with a Japanese windows 11. Made a mistake of choosing Japan as my region/country during the beginning of installation. So after downloading the updates and signing in, went ahead and changed the region on settings and added english as the primary language (downloaded the packs too) then signed out.

Japanese on non-Japanese operating systems. Modern operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, include Japanese language support. As a result, Japanese text on websites and in simple documents should be supported without the need of any aditional software.
3 iun. 2013 · You can still set your Japanese keyboard to a Japanese key layout, even under an English language operating system. I've been doing this for years. This MS Support article should help.
