12 ian. 2024 · Restarted. Now when I pin Google Chrome to the task bar the icon disappears and is replaced by a default app icon. If I unpin.. the correct icon reappears. So you can't pin Chrome unless you want a default app icon.

30 nov. 2021 · You can try replacing the icon on the task bar to see if that fixes the issue. Unpin, restart, Pin and check. On my Windows 11 Production machine (and Insider for that matter), all icons that I put on the Task Bar are recognized. There are no icons that do not function.
