25 mai 2021 · Apparently Google Chrome isn’t working currently. On start all extensions crash immediately, sites won’t load (empty tab, with name “unknown”) and even chrome://help or chrome://extensions doesn’t load.
The Tampermonkey extension page (e.g. chrome-extension://dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo/options.html) is frozen as well. (Chrome UI is responsive though.) When I went to extensions page of Chrome and tried disabling Tampermonkey, Chrome crashed. OS: Debian sid amd64.
20 iul. 2021 · Open a new Chrome tab. Navigate to chrome://flags. Select Reset all to default. After Chrome disables all experimental settings, restart Chrome and check if the extensions are working.

If either of these helps, then some extension is killing your computer, maybe by mining cryptocurrency, or in short you are infected. Try then to uninstall Chrome using Revo, and afterward scrub the disk and registry for all remnants, then install Chrome again.
