Hello, so I have activated playstation 2 step verification code on my phone but the code is never being sent. I have tried to contact playstation support but it does not work for me whenever I have tried to chat, it does not tell me where I am in queue but sends me to a blank page.

Sign in to PlayStation Network. Go to the Account section and select [Security] > click on the 2-Step Verification link at the bottom of the Security page. Select Backup Codes.
