19 aug. 2020 · All of a sudden today, 8/19/20, when he tries to get his email he gets a message that says yahoo email no longer works with IE and it has been reverted to yahoo mail in Edge. But the yahoo mail page that shows up in Edge is my email page and his emails are no where to be found.

28 iun. 2018 · It could be a (temporary) issue with one browser. So, we try a second browser to see if the problem is consistent across the board. If using your smart-phone, try to logout of Yahoo (if open). Maybe you are logged in at more than one device. That is a possibility.
