Also, you cannot do downgrades, which means, if you are running Windows Vista Ultimate now, you cannot downgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium.

If you can get your hand on an old PC that has Windows 7 on it, you can use the license key from that PC to get a "free" legitimate copy of a Windows 7 upgrade on your machine.
