27 apr. 2020 · My nvidia graphics adapter is not found under "display adapter" in the device manager even when it shows hidden devices. Scan for hardware changes doesnt work and I cannot install any new drivers as the card is not detected so the installer shows an error.

GPU-Z shows the Galax vbios and specs but under "Name" is just shows Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. It also doesn't show 4090 under device manager and doesn't show any Nvidia drivers installed.
