31 oct. 2020 · You upload a decal to roblox or upload it from within studio. Put a border image on the image label, and put that on the frame, or just use an image label as a frame.
30 ian. 2022 · There’s a better solution than this. Use the newer UIStroke instance to get the effect of a border with more customization.
28 apr. 2020 · You would just make a transparent background in a editing software and save it as a PNG (most used) then just apply it on a Roblox decal.
