6 mai 2021 · There isn't really a reliable way to add your whole friends list to a Facebook "Page" or "Group", since Facebook provides users with no official method for doing so; however, you can manually add friends individually to both pages and groups from any browser or mobile version of the Facebook app.
To invite Page followers to your group: Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right. Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into. Go to facebook.com/groups and select your group. Click Invite, then click Invite Facebook friends.
