11 feb. 2020 · Indeed, your Inbox has probably been deleted when it was downloaded in Gmail. It's a common case when using POP protocol. To workaround your issue, you may setup your Gmail account in Outlook with IMAP protocol, then drag and drop the messages to your work Inbox.
In the last 24 hours my All Mail folder for Gmail has disappeared from Outlook 365. I have checked that it is subscribed in the IMAP folders so it should appear. I tried creating a new folder manually but this did not populate with the emails.
