There was a workaround to force full screen in the browser for any URL. People with the 2022.4.5.x firmware have reported that "trick" no longer works. The trick still works for those on FSD beta.

The full screen can only be accessed through the predefined Tesla Theater options, as shown in the video. Otherwise the browser option is limited to a window that only covers the map area of the screen, and not the car info on the left or buttons on the bottom.
