Their support site is located here. Click the "Submit a request" link in the top right corner of that page to open a ticket with their support team. If you would like to move your subscription, email billing@midjourney.com. Our support team will need to verify your account ownership before making any changes.
All Midjourney subscriptions renew automatically on the same day of the month and time of day you subscribed. You can use the /info command wherever you use the Midjourney Bot in Discord to check your next renewal date and time.
