When a new update to Firefox is loaded, it appears that the default search engine is re-set to google, even if the user has deleted google from the search engine options. For example, I eliminated all search engines except Duck-Duck-Go, yet when I load an update, google is added back as my default search engine.

Acum 5 zile · Have recently setup a new Win10Pro laptop with latest Firefox x64. On 4 other Win11Pro and Win10Pro laptops, whenever I type in manually a new address, FF automatically opens a new Tab on the extreme right side end with this new web page and PRESERVES all currently open Tabs.
