   8 aug. 2024 · On Xbox when I redeem a reward through the hub it ask to send a verification code to my number but then I get no code and after a few seconds and it says it was successfully purchased but of course nothing happens. No points spent and no item. On the rewards website same exact issue except it says order could not be completed try again in 24h.
