I just updated to Chrome version 106.0.5249.62 and Adblock Plus is not working at all. All my filters have been deleted. Both the extension and the filters are updated, but they don't block any ad now. I can't even block elements. Before updating Chrome, they worked perfectly.

Don't know about ad blocking programs for windows, that's a first one, just slap on Ublock origin and you're good to go, enable dynamic filtering on medium mode: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Dynamic-filtering
