8 apr. 2022 · Try clearing all your download history, and browsing data. (Settings >>> Privacy and Security >>> Clear Browsing Data). Make sure you tick at least Download History for All Time. If possible, try to clear everything just to be safe. If for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, try creating a new profile. Share.

20 iul. 2021 · Update Your Extensions. Extensions continually update with new functions or bug fixes. Usually, Chrome extensions update automatically when a new version becomes available. If you think an outdated version stops your extensions from working, you can manually update them through the Chrome Web Store .
Any new extension I install simply disappears (not disabled, total disappearance) once I close and re-start Google Chrome. This is not happening to any of my old extensions; they stay there across Chrome re-starts.
