If you are supposed to reply to the offer by email with a lot of personal details it is definitely a scam. If there's a link, look very closely at it, it will probably look similar to (in this case) American Airlines, but it will probably have some misspellings, extra numbers, or weird ending.
Social media scams. Social media scams are designed to steal your personal information or compromise your computer in exchange for the promise of free airline gift cards, miles or tickets. They often encourage you to share or re-publish content that promotes the scheme.

25 ian. 2022 · BTW: I looked up American Airlines phishing scam to report the email and I found this email address (aa.it.security@aa.com) so I forwarded it to them. I highly doubt AA will do anything about it and not sure what they can, which is why again I’m alerting you.
