23 apr. 2024 · For weeks now, when I redeem rewards it tells me I need to verify my account, so I press send a code yet after hours and days of waiting with the complete correct email I receive no code at all. Not even an email from Microsoft Rewards.

18 dec. 2022 · I have plenty of points saved up to go and use them in a sweepstakes, but every time I click on a reward to redeem from the redeem page, it just takes me back to the redeem page, like it just reloaded the page instead of taking me to confirm the reward. This happens with every single reward.
