Like i've been using the chrome browser for forever now and I've never had a problem with it, but now when I search up anything using the serach bar it just redirects me to Yahoo. I have already tried resetting my default browser and it is currently on google, but it doesn't help anything.

Running version 125.0.6422.61 on Windows 10. On my home machine I see that 125.0.6422.142 is available - I hope it's better we shall see. But my employer controls when chrome is updated so if anyone knows of workarounds that would save me some sanity.

Every time I attempt to install same, a dialogue box pops up: "To help protect our PC, we suggest you get a microsoft-verified app' It 'allows' me to change my app recommendation settings, which opens up the app settings through the system.
