Select the user flow where you want to add the Google identity provider. Under Settings, select Identity providers. Under Other Identity Providers, select Google.
When any new guest account is invited into your tenant, they need a Microsoft account in order to authenticate… and this external (EXT) guest account is represented in your directory using the format you see in your pic. As a test, you can try it yourself with a personal Gmail account.
