Click it and enter your Xfinity ID and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the account icon again and select Check Email.
Acum 6 zile · Same problem. I use Comcast.net email through my iPhone. How can I change my password when I can’t access my Comcast email? My iPhone settings have the password to connect to Comcast, but that doesn’t allow me to change it.
There’s a “check email” option in my account settings but it just redirects me to a page that tells me how to access it & then I’m back to square one unable to get to it. It just takes me to a login page & says my login is incorrect even though I entered everything correctly.
I have comcast.net email address. Email stopped working. Mail client shows "username or password incorrect" in IMAP settings. Attempting to log into https://idm.xfinity.com/ and is forcing a password reset.
