You need to install the extension from the instructions given in the readme. After that, if you search for any movie on google you can see a section appear below the information section which shows you different download options like this.
It means that you can view torrents of a particular anime when you're browsing that anime's MyAnimeList page. Saves time. I've often found myself surfing on MyAnimeList finding new anime to watch. Now you can download the anime directly from their page when you come through it.
qBittorrent has a search function built into it's client so I'm not sure this is an easier method to be honest. Although I do see the benefit of having a download button right there whilst you're googling things.
