If you can’t receive emails or text messages from us, maybe because you lost or upgraded your phone or your email account was hacked, learn how to recover your account if you can't access the email or phone number on your account.
To reset your password if you're not logged in to Facebook: Tap Forgot Password? . Type the email, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then tap Search .
If you're logged in but have forgotten your password, follow the steps under Change Your Password then click Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset it. Keep in mind that you'll need access to the email associated with your account.
Using a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account, go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Learn how to reset your password once you get back into your account. Check that your mobile number is correct.
Confirm your phone and phone number. Go to facebook.com/login/identify. Type the phone number associated with your account and tap Search. Select the account you want to recover. You will see a prompt that says Confirm via Phone Call. Below that, tap Continue.
