19 iul. 2023 · Totally a scam. I’ve used the points to buy the $50 store gift card. Had the amount added to my account, and then it disappeared within like 3 hours without me making any purchases. The response from customer was “you bought something” despite the order history for my account saying otherwise.
5 sept. 2023 · The reward team is suspending accounts that have used auto search extensions or any vpn service. The extension seems to be the main reason and even if you used it once and removed it the account is still suspended or banned.
Awful service. Rewards is a scam. Awful. I spent the best part of 2-3 months playing jewel, playing game pass games, getting achievements, going on Microsoft website to do the quizzes and polls.

21 mar. 2021 · Microsoft Rewards Complaints. Even though this is Microsoft, their Rewards program is not perfect. Here are a few complaints people have about it: Points fluctuate while searching. For whatever reason, sometimes while searching your point total will go up and down. I actually experienced this myself.
