I cannot log into my Microsoft account using Chrome browser. The error message is: That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. The account does exisit and I can log in using Firefox (which is what I am using now).
You may try using Incognito browsing window on Chrome to see whether the problem still occurs. If you are using Windows OS, you may also create a new Windows user account and performing a clean install the latest Chrome browser application program to troubleshoot this issue.
4 ian. 2020 · I am having a heck of a time trying to understand why SSO with Chrome is no longer working. We are federated and Auth works with Edge and IE, WIASupportedUserAgents are configured and SSO works if I use this address. https://portal.office.com?domain_hint=domain.com.
