Invite from the group: Admins and members can invite their Facebook friends to join a group by selecting Invite from the group. Invite with email: Admins can use email to invite anyone to join their group, whether or not they’re Facebook friends.
You can send an invite link to see all of a Facebook group’s community chats on Messenger, or to a specific chat. If someone is not a member of your private or public group, they will be prompted to join the group in the Facebook app before they can access the community chat.
Add someone to a conversation. From Chats, open the conversation you want to add someone to. Tap the person or people's name at the top of the conversation. Tap Add or Create group chat with [friend's name]. Select or type the names of people you want to add and tap OK or ADD.
Messenger features. Group chats are conversations you have with more than one person on Messenger, such as friends and family. They are different from community chats, which are chats for Facebook groups. Create and customize group chats. Create a group chat on Messenger. Add someone to a group chat on Messenger.
